My daughter’s vehicle was vandalized and egged at the University of Redlands campus, and as a mother living out of state, I was extremely distressed and unsure of what to do. Even though it was a Sunday, he kindly offered to look at the vehicle after hearing what had happened. He went completely above and beyond—not only taking the time to inspect and work on the vehicle over the weekend, but also treating us with genuine kindness, understanding, and care during an incredibly stressful situation. His willingness to help when he absolutely did not have to was such a welcome surprise. He did an excellent job taking care of the vehicle, and his professionalism and compassion were exceptional. A Redlands detailing business built from the driveway up

I’m Gabriel Lorentz, founder of G&S. I started detailing cars in Redlands at 15 with a small set of supplies, a love for cars and a goal of building a business people could trust.

As demand grew, I added better equipment, built repeatable interior and exterior processes and trained a local team around the same standard: show up prepared, communicate honestly, protect the vehicle and correct anything we missed.
